Sunday schedules are used on the Bratislava Public Transportation system on these holidays:
1st January - Slovak Independence Day
6th January - Feast of the Three Kings
22nd April 2011 - Good Friday (the date of this holiday changes each year)
25th April 2011 - Easter (the date of this holiday changes each year)
1st May - Labour Day
8th May - The Day of Victory Over Fascism
5th July - The Feast of St. Cyril and St. Methodius
29th August - Anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising (SNP)
1st September - Constitution Day of the Slovak Republic
15th September - Our Lady of Sorrows (Patron Saint of Slovakia)
1st November - All Saints' Day
17th November - Day Commemorating the Fight Against Totalitarianism
24th December - Christmas Eve
25th December - Christmas Day
26th December - Boxing Day
Some bus lines have additional buses during the school year to handle the added numbers of students going to and from school. During the following school vacations, the schedules are adjusted:
24th December 2010 - 7th January 2011
Christmas vacation
31st January 2011
School vacation
21st February 2011 - 25th February 2011
Spring vacation
(not effective for routes 31, 39, 184, 201, 202, 208)
21st April 2011 - 26th April 2011
Easter Vacation
(effective only for routes 55, 178, 184)
1st July 2011 - 2nd September 2011
Summer vacation
