It was built in the 70s and has been voted to be the building of the century in Slovakia. In 2005, the restaurant was reopened and the new open-air outlook place and two modern bars were added.

The closet tram and bus station are located just about 3-5 minutes by walk from tower and is called "Nový most". It is one of the central public transport stations in city, so you can get there from almost any direction. From here you just take the pedestrian path right under the bridge and it will lead you to the tower. Or you can get off on the Aupark bus stop when you go from Petržalka direction.
It is easily accessible from every direction when walking. Going from the city center, use the pedestrian path under the New bridge to get there. When going from Petržalka side, for example from Aupark, follow the Panónska cesta road and then go down the stairs to Viedenská cesta street. You can easily navigate there, as UFO tower is one of the highest points in Bratislava.
After the "Prístavný most" bridge, exit the highway in a direction of Einsteinova Street. Passinf the complex of buildings called Incheba turn right in direction to Viedenská cesta. In few minutes, you arrive just under the New bridge, where the parking spot is.

Hello!
Is it recommendable to visit the Tower with a class of 28 students (aged 12), have you got special School prices? How long does it take to walk and how much is that?
Looking forward to Hearing from you!
Greets,

Hi Althuber,
you can get either child or group discount, either way it'll be 3.25 pre person (so it's cheaper to get group discount, since adults will pay 3.25 as well).
It's something more than 400 steps, so it should take roughly 10 mins to get on the top. Also there is an elevator available, tho I don't know it's capacity.
Please, find more information here

Hi, we are a group of 50 students and we will be in Bratislava on Friday. We would like to go on the top of the outlook. Shall we make a reservation or just go there and pay?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Corrado ,
I think it is not even possible to make a reservation. Just go there directly :)

Do we have to pay the entry fee even if we wish to buy something at the bar like a cocktail?

Hi Tej,
unfortunately I do not have an answer. I know you have to pay if you want to go on top of the UFO, but if you go "just" to the bar, you do not have to pay. But the bar is not the very top, where the outlook is...
Sorry and hope it helps

It's funny you telling me that. I got a message from Anika confirming a reservation I made for 14:00 h on June 6th.
Could you explain me which information is correct?
